Coach Sam is an experienced and passionate trainer who believes in consistency over perfection. With a Cert IV in Personal Training and qualifications as a Sports Nutrition Coach, she specialises in helping everyday people achieve body recomposition through the powerful combination of strength training and tailored nutrition protocols.

Known for her compassionate and down-to-earth approach, Sam creates a supportive space where clients feel encouraged, not judged. She loves seeing people transform not only their bodies but also their confidence, mindset, and overall lifestyle.
