GROUP FITNESS
Adding variety to your daily training or exercise routine can be a game-changer for staying motivated. Sometimes though, you might just want a change of pace—that’s where our coached group fitness classes come in
Our circuits rotate through diverse styles, including H.I.I.T (High-Intensity Interval Training), Conditioning Circuits, Hybrid (Strength & Conditioning), Combat, AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), YGIG (You Go, I Go), HYROX and more.
Our coached group classes are available Monday to Friday 5:00am & 5:50am with additional specialty classes like Pilates and Boxing being programmed generally on weekends.
Our Coaches are all full qualified Group Fitness Instructors and in most cases, also Personal Trainers. When coaching group fitness, it`s important to be very adaptable to varying levels of fitness, exercising history , mobility and or injury management as well as varying goals.Our coaches will always be able to adapt movements on a person to person, exercise to exercise basis where necessary.
